07 Good to know

Questions before you apply.

Who can apply? +

Any student at an Indian college or university, any year and any stream. You need a public Instagram account with 300+ followers and a real presence on LinkedIn. No work experience needed.

How does selection work? +

Shortlisted applicants take a short test. If you fit, you get an invite code.

What does it actually pay? +

₹1,000 fixed every month, plus up to ₹9,000 linked to your performance — ₹10,000 a month at the top. Your targets are shared at onboarding, before you start.

How long does it run, and how much time does it take? +

Three months to start, extendable on performance. Around 2–3 hours a week, remote, built to sit alongside your classes.

How do you know what I posted? +

You submit screenshots of your Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube posts once they have been up about 23 hours — for an Instagram story that is just before it expires, and the view count is what the reach is measured on. Someone on the team reviews every one.

Can I give stock tips or investment advice? +

No. Fellows follow our content guidelines and never recommend buying or selling anything. We teach how money works; we do not tell people where to put theirs.

Full terms and conditions
  1. The Fin Maverick Fellowship Program is open to students currently enrolled at a college or university in India with a valid Indian mobile number.
  2. Selection is at the sole discretion of the Fin Maverick team. Applications that are not selected will not receive a response.
  3. Invite codes are single-use, tied to the email address they were sent to, and expire if unused. They cannot be transferred.
  4. The fellowship runs an initial term of three months and may be extended based on performance. Either side may end the term earlier with notice.
  5. The role is part-time and remote and needs roughly 2–3 hours a week. A Campus Fellow is not an employee of Fin Maverick and must not represent themselves as one.
  6. The monthly stipend is ₹1,000 fixed plus a performance-linked component of up to ₹9,000, to a maximum of ₹10,000 per month. Targets and the work behind the performance component are shared at onboarding and may be revised for later months of the term.
  7. Stipends are paid by bank transfer to the account on file once the month's work has been reviewed.
  8. Fellows submit screenshots of their posts as proof of work. Every submission is reviewed by the Fin Maverick team, and work that cannot be verified does not count toward the performance component.
  9. Fellows follow the Fin Maverick content guidelines. Fellows do not give investment advice, stock tips, or any recommendation to buy or sell a security.
  10. Fellows must not post anything misleading about Fin Maverick, its platform or its courses, and must not speak for the company beyond the material provided to them.
  11. The certificate of Fellowship is issued on completion of the full term. Free finance courses are offered at Fin Maverick's discretion to Fellows who perform well, are one seat per Fellow, and are non-transferable.
  12. Bought followers or engagement, fabricated reach, spam, plagiarised content, or conduct that harms the Fin Maverick brand ends the fellowship and forfeits any unpaid stipend.
  13. Fin Maverick may change the program's structure, targets and stipend amounts for future terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a month already worked.
  14. Applicable taxes on the stipend are the Fellow's responsibility.

Fin Maverick may update these terms at any time.
